The reporter’s words
Leak in centre of road. The road has been patched where it is leaking. Immediately downhill of patch the asphalt is soft and deforms when I stand on it. Not a lot but maybe two shoes wide. You can see tire pressure has pushed it down. I expect the seal will break here causing a pot hole.
