They are working on cars again. Revving their cars. The noise control rules in the District Plan need to be changed. From the Type of Activity occuring to The Type of Noise occuring. Just because CCC don't think they are commercial doesn't mean all the noises generated from this property are acceptable. Just because you don't think they are commercial doesn't mean they are not making commercial noise as the activity they are doing general something only found in a commercial environment.
