This appears to be coming from the adjacent construction site. Been like this several days now. Also, please note excessive wear and tear on the road surface. There are two construction sites in close proximity, and there has been a lot of heavy vehicle traffic, including ground remediation equipment, which has caused this. Contractors should pay to remediate, not the ratepayers.
