The reporter’s words

This CCC car was parked from 9.00am to 11.00am today blocking access to 2 driveways. The driver was adamant that he did not know the distance to park from a driveway culvert was 1metre. But he did state he has a NZ drivers licence. One driveway was shortened enough to be not useable. Vision to exit both driveways was blocked meaning exiting on to the roadway was blind manoeuvre. The gap between driveways should be market with yellow lines to ensure both houses can access their driveways.
