55 Greendale Avenue was the subject of council attention about a year ago (Reference ENF577523) related to its use as a business, not a residence. About 10 weeks ago, there were strong winds that (presumably) damaged part of their fence. A few weeks later, another section of their fence was damaged, presumably from further winds. It has been an eyesore ever since and the neighbours are concerned that there is no intention to fix it or to even remove the debris, which was hanging over the footpath.
