The reporter’s words

Neighbours ivy bush is so big it intrudes over my property, under the footpath and even underground and out onto the footpath, neighbour refuses to maintain it, the roots of this plant is making it's way under everything including the put you guys had to repair early this year due to this plant. Not sure if or what can be done but it's now made it's way onto the street.
