The reporter’s words

Someone is building what appears to be an unauthorized bridge across the Heathcote River near Bronco Dr. The idea is good but construction is poor and can result in a dangerous bridge. The path is well used and there is a small informal bridge nearby. The council needs to assess the new bridge under construction. The path is very important to locals because it's a walking link between Aidanfield & Wigram. It crosses the motorway through the underpass. Council should build a proper bridge.
