The graffiti are on a government property from the inside the metal, I suppose electricity/communication equipment that is from the offensive inside side of the Respected Catholic services center where many needing help and support clients visit and it is offensive to the professionals working there. It is ugly and makes the centre look unwelcome. You will see it in the parking of the building.
