The reporter’s words

Some lowlife has buried something ( sheep maybe) on the edge of the waterway out front of 231 Highsted Rd- reserve side of river. I tried to clean it up because initially I thought it was animal fur/ fleece that my retriever keeps trying to eat. Can it please be removed before it festers?
