City care replacing a water shutoff valve have filled the gutter with mud and silt, I thought we were to keep silt out of the storm water system. I have seen this multiple times, shouldn’t they be leading by example? The street was shut off for 20 minutes with no warning in the middle of a shower! Is this standard practice?
