The reporter’s words
My car has been damaged by one of your contractors vehicles whilst they were mowing council grass up off Madras Street in Christchurch, this was on the 10/4/18. We perused the truck driver who did this and an incident report was filled out. Despite contacting them numerous times and being told they would be in touch I have had absolutely NO resolution. As they were working on CCC’s behalf at the time we would like to make a complaint about how they have conducted themselves and we also need out wing mirror to be replaced. The wing mirror has been left jagged and the motor inside has been broken. We are absolutely disgusted, they have damaged private property and are doing nothing to rectify the matter. In my emails to the company I have listed the number plates of the two trucks on the scene who caused the damage and have a witness who saw them drive down a narrow street, hit my car and carry on going until pursued.
