The reporter’s words
I can’t pinpoint the exact house but there is a dog that barks incessantly every week day from 9-5. It stopped over the Christmas break when I assume the owners were home but has started again. It sounds like a small dog (it has a similar bark to my Westie) and I’m concerned that it is in distress when its owners are not there as it barks every few minutes the whole day.
