The reporter’s words

Was using the cycle way on Saint Asaph street in the city and there was a car parked across the cycle way, blocking it, with no driver near by. I rang my bell in case someone was near but no one was around. Cyclists had to go on the road to get around the car which then defeats the purpose of the separated cycle way.
