The reporter’s words

Is Council aware that the public are using the outside tap at the public toilets to wash down their boats? Photo of fish guts and kelp on Stanbury Reserve. Previously been told the tap is non potable and only used by cleaning staff to clean toilets. Concerned if too much water is used to wash boats we'll run out for toilet flushing. Also Concerned about health risk and drainage. Maybe Council should put a lockable device on the tap
