Public toilets in Stanbury Reserve, insecure and hazardous lid on septic tank. Metal plate underneath small slab of concrete is not good enough. Lid should be made secure/locked access, or as temporary measure a fence put around it. At weekend I witnessed a young child run across the top, lid wobbled and chikd fell over. The bay is getting very busy with visitors, urgent fix needed
