The property at 372 Madras St has a lot of rubbish on the section which is likely to attract vermin . The house is no longer lived in and the windows are boarded up but people access the house through the front door. It has also been graffitied. Apparently, the owner lives in Auckland and needs to be notified about the state of the property which includes 370 Madras St which has very long grass ..a potential fire hazard. Please would CCC notify the owners of this property or its condition.
