The reporter’s words
Hello, can some consideration be given to providing a 'step down' so one doesn't have to continually dismount from one's bike to negotiate the gutter? Thanks! If the reason is about safety, then why is there a perfectly functional 'sister' situation (from what I observe as I use it often) on N side of Cranmer Sq? Also S side of Latimer Sq has a stepdown so having it linked up makes sense as a smooth cycle conduit.
