The reporter’s words

I was talking to a friend about Send Solve Snap and how good CCC was at resolving issue's,she forwarded these pictures of a continual hazzard/ of a blocked footpath due to illegal parked cars that is near her.Various residents inside ( either tennants or owners?) Apparently park their cars everyday and their cars blocks the public footpath. Is there some way the council can make them stop? The pictures show no safe access for Mum's with pushchairs, & elderly folk ( clearly trip hazzard)
