Cycleway Racecourse Rd to Carmen Rd. Racecourse Rd end. Fencing between cycleway and Riccarton Racecourse. Why is this temporary fencing still here, who is paying for it? Why has it not been mowed. Rest of cycleway coming along nicely. Good job.
