The reporter’s words

Severely overgrown berm. Has been growing for a year. Dry, full of rubbish and vermin, unsightly. Dogs have got things in their feet. A genuine health risk for pets and small children, and no longer at all funny. Please just mow it, as residents refuse to act, thanks.
