Hello, I did report this once previously but nothing has changed in the interim. The van owner almost always parks on/over the yellow lines - instead of the other side of the driveway - meaning the cycle 'slipway' is awkward to use, effectively blocked. Can I suggest they are given 'polite word' rather than a fine.
