Wanting action around my neighbour at 112b Bower Ave who will do construction on his property overnight (anywhere between 10pm and 4am) not allowing us or my scared flatmates to sleep. This includes power tools, hammering, slamming doors excessively or just throwing heavy objects around repeatedly on weekdays or weekends. Photos attached are of him scraping rubbish around at 1am Saturday (10th) and hammering nails at 3:50am Thursday (15th). They’re known for lighting fires and drug raids. Thanks
