Making this complaint again and after three noise control phone calls as it is continuing to happen every night and seriously affected the livelihood of myself and my flatmates. Our neighbour at 112b Bower Ave has repeatedly been doing construction from 11pm to 5am (hammering, drilling, throwing things around) waking us up constantly. I have asked him to stop several times but he just responds aggressively. Please help us!
