Water Leak

The reporter’s words
This is the council 50mm main to our water metre. It has been reported as leaking several times and we are told it is fixed or not leaking. I have actually taken a video of it dripping but can’t work out how to send it on snap. I have also requested that the feed pipe from there to the meter be buried deeper below the culvert so it doesn’t get knocked. I even supplied the pipe and elbows todo this but for the third time it was ignored. Please it needs someone who knows what they’re doing
