Rubbish/Recycling
Reported Monday, 21 May 2018 at 7:45 pm, 343–345, Governors Bay Road, Rapaki, 8971, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
Yesterday I was disgusted to find someone's unofficial rubbish tip beside a roadside lookout over Lyttleton Harbour. Somebody has dumped their stinking blue cod carcasses right beside the car park, and there are several used tyres, and other rubbish tossed down the hill.
