Re Temporary Traffic Management Wondering about the extended closure of shared paths through Hagley Park (from Electric Avenue). Signage originally said they’d reopen 4pm today, but handwritten tape now says they’re closed till 4pm tomorrow. A couple of questions: -When was this change authorised by Council? -When was it notified to the public via signage?
