There is blocked SW - or unconnected sw pipework outside the boundary. See section of report below. Stormwater: An inspection was attempted on 20 April 2018 – there are two stormwater laterals servicing this property. The lines were waterblasted and videoed. As we could not get images we excavated each of the laterals at the point of blockage inside the property. There are no kerb outlets for the property and we assume the intention that the stormwater will drain directly to the council stormwater pipework. The east line was misaligned and broken. Photo 20-04-18, 2 50 51 PM shows the pipe insitu. The pipe was opened to waterblast further – still blocked and located into CCC land Photo 20-04-18, 4 21 35 PM shows the point to the west of the driveway entrance – the red X is mine. On the west side a similar excavation was undertaken – except in this case there was a failed PVC to earthenware join – my waterblaster had exited the pipe as the PVC had dropped well below the earthenware. Photo 20-04-18, 3 23 23 PM shows the point of issue and excavation – but the pipe was full so no image possible. The line was further waterblasted – but again unable to clear and issue located to CCC land as per Photo 20-04-18, 4 21 22 PM. The intention of this work on 20th April was to obtain evidence of issues inside the property. However due to the lack of ability to clear the line the work was curtailed.
