Rubbish and Bins - General
Reported Saturday, 2 March 2024 at 10:58 pm, 4 Maelor Place, Bryndwr, Christchurch 8053, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Lately I've noticed liquid (not oil) discharged onto the road by the organic collection truck. Could this be the result of a Newstalk ZB radio talkback host advising listeners to put water in the bottom of their bins so the contents come out more easily? I don't appreciate the streets being contaminated in this way. Can something be done please?
