The reporter’s words
This reserve area has not been mown by council since early December. A kind resident sweated through it with a push mower to tidy for Christmas on the 23rd, but again no action since. Weeds in garden haven’t been addressed for months. They are waist high and dominating plants. Doc, Convolvulus is out of control. All these plants poorly controlled seed and spread to residents. Rates here are sky high and this is a disgrace.
