Hi! I have made three complaints to the City Council regarding flooding on my lawn. [1029196, 1046577, H03392062] We will discuss matters related to this again. The water tank in front of my house is overflowing with water. 1) The lawn below was also locked, so I filed a complaint as above. 2) The problem is that ducks flock to the lawn above. Due to the flood, the places where ducks could rest were also flooded, so they lost their habitat and ended up living on our lawn. I hope for quick action
