The reporter’s words

Can I get a description and information about what parking is allowed in this small section of Norah Street? There has been incidents where kids have had near misses with cars that are picking up other kids from the school at the end of the day. There is no footpath for the kids to use with their scooters safely or to stop the grass berms from being trampled by the walking students.
