The reporter’s words

This intersection of shared use pathways is a significant hazard due to the downhill slope approaching it from two directions, and the very limited sight lines when approaching from the underpass. It is downright impossible to see another cyclist bearing down on you until you are already in their way. The vegetation needs to be cut back at the very least. Preferably, a fisheye mirror would be installed to provide LoS between the southwest direction and the northwest direction of travel.
