Can you please relook at the traffic light phasing for the cycleway here? I use this intersection often and am usually left waiting too long for the bike light to green without cars going through. I believe the phasing is linked to Blenheim Road, however I feel this is not appropriate for Mandeville Street as the road is much lower throughput. Given that this is a major cycleway and only one intersection out from Hagley park I think the phasing should be separate to Blenheim road and revised.
