Roading/Streets
Reported Friday, 8 June 2018 at 2:04 pm, 55, Avonhead Road, Avonhead, 8042, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
Our road patrol Lilly pop stands are facing over so our Road Patroller signs are nearly touching the road when to patrollers are on duty. This is a safety hazard as it is more difficult for the cars to see them. Also some of the yellow lines are faded and not easily seen by cars. As a result we have cars parking on the lines and obstructing the view for our patrollers. The council did an amazing job repainting the lines on our Avonhead Crossing and were were hoping you could do the same on our Norton’s Road crossing too. As you can appreciate, the safety of our students is paramount. Many Thanks Vicki Lewis Deputy Principal
