Rubbish and Bins - General
Reported Thursday, 21 March 2024 at 4:44 pm, 19 Ostend Place, Avonhead, Christchurch 8042, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Yet another incident of the contractor emptying part of my green bin’s contents onto the ground and driving off and leaving it there. I’ve had apologies in the past from the council about this but it keeps happening. Very frustrating and detracts from the tidiness of the street.
