Roading/Streets
Reported Thursday, 14 June 2018 at 8:09 am, 111, Lichfield Street, Christchurch, 8011, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
The public walkway/cycle way through Manchester st ending at Lichfield is being used as a free carpark by increasing numbers of vehicles. I was abused this morning by a driver when I asked her why she was parking on the pedestrian part of the path to the right approaching Litchfield. St. Apparently everyone does it and there are no restrictions. This is very frustrating when I am trying to walk and cycle to reduce traffic and walkways are Bri g taken over by cars.
