The reporter’s words

Another leak not fixed!!!!! It has been weeks!!!! Yesterday the road was closed for over 4 hours because a pipe burst just above this one . Please secure access through the farm at the top of Godley drive so we can still use the access to Scarborough. Fixing leaks early is less drama than ignoring them.
