The reporter’s words
These bins are full of rotting commercial fish. The smell is extremely bad. It is unacceptable that as a neighbor to the fish shop I can not enjoy fresh air These bins are being used by TAs Fish and Chip shop. Again the rotting smell of fish is extremely bad. This needs sorted. Kind Regards.
