Rubbish and Bins - General
Reported Friday, 19 April 2024 at 8:50 am, 2E Trafford Street, Harewood, Christchurch 8051, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Commercial ROTTEN FISH in green waste bins. The STOMACH TURNING GUT WRENCHING SMELL OF ROTTING FISH that makes you want to throw up. Drifts down wind to our houses. I work a split 6on 3 off roster day/nites. I am home often on friday morning collection and CAN NOT ENJOY THE FRESH AIR as I smell dead fish 20mtrs away. TAs TAKEAWAYS NEED TO HAVE A ENVIRONMENTAL BIN THAT CAN TAKE CARE OF THIS ISSUE. (SMELL) they are also using their Commercial neighbours' green bin.
