The reporter’s words

This pavement is a hazard. I have fallen over and required medical care on my knee. This is 31 Allard St. and directly across the street, the path is the same. Why are the builders just allowed to walk off and leave these as hazards for the locals? I notice this doesn't happen in subdivision. This is all over St Albans and most builders just stand and watch you struggle. It's not on.
