Reported Sunday, 31 March 2024 at 2:03 pm, 273 Beach Road, Akaroa 7520, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Somebody has vandalised the Britomart Monument Flag by replacing it with a vulgar blue flag with circles. I’ve enclosed both the blue flag and the required Union Jack.
