Can something be done about this loose cover? Makes a very loud crash every time a vehicle passes over it - even small cars. Not ideal outside the dialysis unit or the learning institution across the road (Hagley College). This is opposite Stewart St and outside the new parking building (Tu Waka Waipapa)
