The reporter’s words
This rider has visited frequently over the last few months to dig up council berms of several properties on McGregors Rd and Eric Adams Way. Generally mid-afternoon. A green unregistered trail bike that retreats into Eric Adams Way, possibly continuing through Merrilees Reserve. The rider would appear teenage and wears a red helmet with black designs. He has visited at least 5 times to date, but attached are the first photos.
