Road narrowing due to parked cars. Since Marion College+ PacNSave have opened more cars are parked on both sides of the road at southern end of Fenchurch St. This has narrowed the available space and 2 cars can now no longer pass each other in opposite directions causing turning difficulties/restrictions for Northcote Rd traffic turning NORTH INTO into Fenchurch St, esp at rush hour (school run/end of work day). Worsened if traffic from Fenchurch cannot get into the queue on Northcote.
