The reporter’s words

This button at Turanga library allowing users to open the library doors is in the wrong place!!! It should be well before the doors so the person using it has easy access to the button. It should not be right at the doors squashed into the corner where it is super inaccessible for users to reach. Please move it to a better position so the people it is there for can use actually use it or else what the hell is the point of having it there in the first place??!!!
