Kia ora, there is insuffient lighting at the closed gates to Hagley Park. My friend was injured when he biked straight into the closed gates at Hagley Park last night. It occurred at the Armagh St Bridge entrance and he was heading in the westward direction. Could we please increase the lighting of the gates, to make them more visible to people? Thank you.
