Hello. The property at 11 Selwyn Rd has been abandoned since the February 2011 earthquakes, and has become a significant health and safety concern. The property has been broken into on multiple occasions resulting in trespassing and thefts, and is also unsafe and a fire risk. Safety fencing has been neglected, and access is unrestricted The building needs to be demolished after 7 years of inaction. Your prompt attention is urgently required. Thank you.
