The reporter’s words

While walking the Westmorland east valley reserve I came across 4 young lads chopping down trees and digging massive holes and creating ramps to extend the tracks through the reserve, so they can use the tracks for their bikes. There is an enormous pile of dirt where they've excavated. The site is accessible from Worsley Road. Someone from the council needs to put a stop to these boys, I told them I was going to report them and they just laughed at me.
