Flooding
Reported Tuesday, 21 May 2024 at 1:59 pm, 96 Grants Road, Papanui, Christchurch 8052, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Hi, Please see photo of flooding that almost always occurs after steady moderate rainfall. My engineer who designed the sump on my property (in the corner where the flood is) has advised me that it is of sufficient size, and that the issue is the CCC pipes on Taunton Green not clearing the storm water away quickly enough. The flooding is causing my plants to die and is also flooding my neighbours property. This has been an issue for a number of years. Can you please advise. Thank you. Craig.
