Wee heads up, we are charged for water use.....we need to clean up your mess every time !!!!!! We are then charged for water use to clean up your accumutive lack of infrastructure expenditure! But yet you can fullishly spend six digit figures on a feel good park. I can now see why I am required to pay beyond my income to your wish lists. Who will bail me out when I have no income!!!! Get real people!!!!!
